ASI designs, assembles, and installs satellite ground
segment systems and networks which support a wide range of satellite
communications applications, including fixed, and direct broadcast
services as well as certain military applications. ASI's customers
include prime communications infrastructure contractors,
government-owned postal, telephone and telegraph providers ("PTTs"),
other private telecommunications carriers, producers and distributor
of news and entertainment content and other corporations.

traveled extensively to international locations and are capable of

backgrounds, and working within international marketplace to implement a
project to a successful completion. Our expertise applies to networks
carrying audio, data or video using analog or digital techniques. These
services are provided through a streamlined organization with our
headquarters located in Melbourne, FL.

ASI capabilities and experience encompass the program
management, engineering design, system integration, installation, testing
in plant and on site of commercial satellite systems from VSAT to Intelsat
"A" station, in transportable or fixed-site configurations. ASI has
installed earth stations throughout the world for both the US Government
and commercial clients. As an example, our engineering staff have
performed site surveys, installed, tested, operated and maintained
communications networks in support of several programs in Colombia.
ASI also acts as a key participant in all Initial Operating
Capabilities (IOC) activities and was responsible for the site
communication maintenance, 24 hours per day 7 days a week.
